I live in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. It's a "new town" about 50 miles north of central London.
I think I am right in saying that the original plan for Milton Keynes was that it would be a "green city" designed for the car. Above is a picture of a recent addition to our famed shopping city. This is were all those credit cards get maxed out on a weekend.
